Caitlin attended Rhode Island College, where she earned a degree in Business Management with a minor in Finance. She later continued her education at the University of Massachusetts’ Charlton School of Business, further strengthening her foundation in business operations and leadership.
With 19 years of customer service experience, Caitlin has dedicated the last 11 years to applying her expertise within the dental field. She is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and takes pride in building meaningful, positive connections with every patient she encounters.
Outside of work, Caitlin enjoys spending time with her family. Whether travelling or cheering on her children at their sporting events, she values staying active and making the most of every moment together.
